Cardio Dance Club w/ Linda
The dance party you didn’t know you needed. Grab your bestie and get ready to start your morning in the best possible way. Cardio Dance Club is a lead-follow dance fitness format set to Hip Hop, Jazz, Latin, and a dash of Pop.
Classes occur at DL Studio in Darien, CT located at 25 Old Kings Hwy N.
Cost is $20/class.

Dance Jam w/ Jenn & Linda
A little Zumba, a dash of Cardio Dance and you have got yourself a total Dance Jam. Jenn Segovia and I have been joining forces throughout. the last 5 years. We LOVE dancing together. And more than that, we LOVE sharing it with others.
This is one hour super sweaty hour of pure joy. This is all lead follow so all levels are welcome.
