Weeks 1-3: Clarity & Conscious Connection - What do you value? What do you truly desire? How do you want to feel? This work is all about getting clear on what health really means to you, how to build it, and how to feel good while doing it. Building upon the processes of Positive Psychology and Danielle Laporte’s Desire Map, this is the foundational work that is often missed when setting goals.
You will also learn how best to nourish your body, mind and soul in order to build and maintain hormonal balance, increase your energy, focus, and take care of your nervous system in order to reduce stress and feel more vibrant.
Week 3: Optimism - Learn tools and strategies grounded in Positive Psychology to cultivate more optimism. Research shows that optimists have a 50% lower risk of cardiovascular disease and greater survival rates for fighting cancer.*
Week4: Law of Attraction - Learn tools on how to ask for what you want. Everyday you and your subconscious send out requests to the universe in the form of thoughts. Be intentional about what you offer the universe. The more you focus on what you DO want instead of what you DON’T want the faster it will manifest
Week 5: Openness - “Openness doesn’t come from resisting our fears, but from getting to know them well.” Pema Chodron - Learn simple strategies to help you stay open to the change, relationships, and actions required to live your most vibrant, healthy life while maintaining the boundaries you need.
Week 6: Radical Self Love, Care & Acceptance - Strength spotting, building habits that last, reframing limiting beliefs, cultivating optimism. This week is all about radical self compassion, love and acceptance.

Absolutely not! A common misconception about eating clean or eating vegetarian is that your options are limited. This is simply untrue. There are plenty of meat substitutes that provide an incredible amount of protein. They’re filling, fibrous, and easier for your body to process than actual “processed” food. Trust me, you’ll be eating a lot more than juices and fruit salads. PLUS –– you get TWO recipe guides… with meat or without. Your choice, your program!

You’ll never be pressured to take supplements or unnatural substances that would disrupt your body. This is simply a switch to more organic, healthy foods instead of whatever it is you may have been eating before! Of course, always consult your doctor.
